Best tunes in Ibiza clubs | June/July

Settle down and listen to what's been heating up Ibiza dance floors this past month.

With only a few opening parties left to kick off, the 2018 Ibiza season is in full flow. You can guess what that means: music, music, music and more music.

From future classics to tunes that have stood the test of time, here are all the top club bangers that have been blowing up the dance floor so far this summer.

Radio Slave | Feel The Same (Floorplan Remix 2) | ANTS

Robert Hood's Floorplan moniker has been blessing the world with a mix of uplifting techno and that distinctive Detroit sound. His second remix of Radio Slave's Feel The Same brings a pounding bass to the original's melodic beat.

At ANTS earlier this month, Groove Armada laid down this Robert Hood reinterpretation, making it a certified dance floor banger.

Gerd | Black Moon Voyage | Cocoon

Keep. Tabs. On. This. One. Papa Sven Väth ripped-up the Pacha dance floor at Cocoon with this pulsating beauty by Dutch synth-master Gerd.

Black Moon Voyage will be journeying the Ibiza clubs this summer. If Sven is onboard, then there's no reason why you shouldn't be.

Maurice | This Is Acid (Boys Noize Edit) | Music On

Released in 1998, the original Maurice acid tear-up soundtracked a generation of dance music. Over a decade later, German DJ and producer Boys Noize gave it a re-work and now it's still bringing that Haçienda sound to Ibiza.

Miss Kittin rolled this out on the Amnesia Terrace at Marco Carola's hallowed Music On residency. This one is sure to be a summer highlight for the lucky ones there.

Del-30 | You Won't Regret | La Troya

Solardo's rise to DJ stardom has been astronomical. Their very own Sola label is bringing that popular tech-house sound to the island in full-force. One of those tracks is this cutting-edge Del-30 stomper with an awesome Mary J. Blige Family Affair sample.

Camilo Franco pulled this one at the bag at La Troya in HEART, which proves that it ain't just the kids who have a craving for tech-house tastiness.

Adana Twins | Bleeding (Feat. Human Life) | Cocoon

One thing's for sure, this Adana Twins uplifting deep house tune won't leave you with blood coming out your ears. The Human Life influence is apparent as the song merges together a deep cutting electronic sound with perfectly matched vocals.

Ilario Alicante dropped Bleeding during an iconic Cocoon closing set at Pacha.

Krystal Klear | Just A Little (Sunday Service Mix) | ABODE

Krystal Klear's popularity as a producer is evident. His music has featured heavily in sets from the likes of Jackmaster, Gerd Janson and Skream.

Neutron Dance has been hailed as one of the sounds of the summer, but don't overlook his other productions. Just A Little brings that nostalgic gospel house sound to a booming bass, which made it a perfect fit for the Amnesia terrace with Solardo during ABODE's opening party.

The xx | On Hold (Jamie xx Remix) | Jamie xx at Pikes

There's no messing around with Jamie xx. The man is a genius. His remix of The xx's popular indie pop song On Hold almost blew the roof off the intimate Freddie's Room at Pikes.

Jamie xx's rework brings a heavier beat and more dance music dynamism to what was already a near-perfect tune. Please come back to the island soon, Jamie.

Gorge & Joeski | Jogo | Pyramid

Amnesia's new Monday party Pyramid is championing a progressive techno movement.

Luigi Madonna, a prominent figure in the techno scene, is a match made in heaven with Pyramid. Earlier this month, the slick Italian fired-up this Gorge and Joeski collaboration, which sent a musically educated crowd reaching for Shazam. Banger certificate granted.

Pete Tong feat. Disciples | Promised Land (Nic Fanciulli Vocal Remix) | ABODE

Pete Tong, Nic Fanciulli and Joe Smooth's timeless Promised Land. Ibiza just got a taste of its own delicious medicine courtesy of Santé on the Amnesia Terrace.

This version lines up more beats and turns it into what can only be described as a filthy tune. It still retains some orchestral influence and a touch Disciples production class.

Kollektiv Turmstrasse | Sorry I'm Late | Afterlife

This one is still doing the rounds - and it's no surprise why. Diynamic duo Kollektiv Turmstrasse's Sorry I'm Late graced the Hï Ibiza dance floor courtesy of Tale Of Us.

It's a definite head wobbler that is akin both to the iconic Diynamic sound and the distinctive Afterlife mood.

Bart Skils | Bells of the Revolution | IDOL

You know you have a tune in your presence when DJ Hell is giving it a spin. At Sankeys for IDOL, this Drumcode decibel destroyer sent shockwaves through the whole of Playa D'en Bossa.

Bart Skils is one seriously talented producer.

Paul van Dyk | SHINE Ibiza Anthem 2018 | SHINE

One for the trance heads out there - this uplifting track was produced by the legendary Paul Van Dyk especially for his SHINE residency at Privilege.

The bass and melody fit the Vista Club to a T. Just imagine this at sunrise in the famous venue. It's a proper PvD anthem which gets limbs moving, as always.

Of course, we could not possibly cover all the bangers heard on Ibiza dance floors, but we tried to give you a taster. Head on over to our Spotify for a full selection.
