Jazz Point Ibiza returns this month, bringing international Jazz stars to the island alongside some of Ibiza's own rising stars.
Taking place from 15 to 18 October, this year's festival will take place exclusively at the luxurious five-star, adults-only hotel The Standard, Ibiza. It will introduce a new format with afternoon concerts on the hotel's rooftop and evening performances at JARA restaurant.
The festival opens on Thursday 15 October with A Taste of all Festival Artists, bringing together Romero Lubambo and Andrés Coll, Tal Cohen and Catalina Londoño, Karolina Strassmayer and Andrés Coll, plus the Maikel Vistel, François Moutin and Florian Arbenz Trio.

Friday's programme begins on the UP rooftop with The Guitar Masters, featuring Brazilian guitarist Romero Lubambo alongside Norberto Rodríguez, before the evening moves to JARA for The Trumpet Masters, led by Michael Cruse with festival All-Stars and Ibiza trumpeter Pere Navarro.

Saturday afternoon brings Sweet Sounds of Piano & Vocal, pairing Grammy Award-winning pianist Tal Cohen with Colombian singer Catalina Londoño with special guest Wayne Escoffery. That evening, the festival's musicians come together for The Jazz Point All-Stars!, featuring Strassmayer, Vistel, Cruse, Moutin, Arbenz and Cohen and special guest Wayne Escoffery.

The festival closes on Sunday 18 October with An Afternoon to Remember, featuring the Pere Navarro Trio, followed that evening by From Cannonball to Ornette, with Karolina Strassmayer performing alongside the Florian Arbenz Trio featuring Andrés Coll.

Among this year's international artists are German saxophonist Karolina Strassmayer, Brazilian guitarist Romero Lubambo, Cuban saxophonist Maikel Vistel and French bassist François Moutin, alongside American trumpet player Michael Cruse and Swiss drummer Florian Arbenz.
Ibiza's own talent is also firmly represented. Pere Navarro, Andrés Coll, both born and raised on the island, and Ibiza resident Norberto Rodriguéz, return to a festival that showcases their growing reputations on the Spanish Jazz scene.
The programme also extends beyond the concerts. Several festival performers will host masterclasses for local musicians on Saturday afternoon, offering open sessions focused on Jazz performance and musicianship.
With daytime performances at 14:30 and evening concerts from 21:00, the new format allows audiences to experience the festival across two distinct settings at The Standard, Ibiza.
