Pick of the week: 1st - 7th September

September is upon us... here's how we think you should kick it off!

Pukka Up VIP Boat Party & Together at Amnesia
Tuesday 2nd September

The jewel in Ibiza's boat party crown, Pukka Up, is next week polishing up its VIP cruise to even shinier standards. On Tuesday they'll be teaming up with Mixmag to bring you an extra special wave-top party on a luxury catamaran that holds a whopping 380 people, with BBC Radio 1's very own Danny Howard on hand to bring you all the summer's biggest dance tunes. Heading out from Ibiza Town, you'll of course be treated to all the perks the VIP cruise boasts as standard too - a champagne and canapé reception, snorkelling stops, free give-aways and bed and table service. So go on, jump aboard and give your Ibiza getaway the VIP treatment.

And once you've been well and truly spoilt by Pukka Up, you'll be all nice and rested and ready for a BIG night out. Lucky then that the ticket also includes entry to Chase & Status' Tuesday night residency at Amnesia, Together. This week the British duo will be joined by the likes of Pendulum, DJ EZ and Oliver Heldens, so get practising your best bass-face and get ready for some good old fashioned raving.

The club's most successful night last season, the label is back bringing us some of the very best line ups the genre has to offer, and next week is no exception, with an eclectic bill of artists that's sure to make for one hell of a night. Heading things up will be InFiné founder Agoria, bringing his unique take of electronic dance music to the underground venue. You'll also be treated to some soulful techno sounds courtesy of Swiss producer Deetron, a no doubt energetic stint from fun-loving duo Detroit Swindle, as well as a set from Maidstone export Mark Fanciulli.

Kaiser Chiefs at Ibiza Rocks
Wednesday 3rd September

This week Ibiza's live music champions are well and truly putting the 'rock' back into Ibiza Rocks, with one of the most successful bands of the last decade, the Kaiser Chiefs, gracing their legendary open air stage. No strangers to the island, the Leeds five-piece first played Ibiza Rocks back in 2005, and Wednesday will see them back once again with fresh material from their new album Education, Education, Education & War, which hit the coveted number one spot in the UK charts earlier this year. Supporting the quintet will be fellow indie rockers Peace, so for those of you like your Fenders as much as your Traktor Pros, this is one night you don't want to miss.

We Love... The Warehouse Project at Space
Sunday 7th September

Over the past few years The Warehouse Project has cemented itself as one of the UK's most forward thinking dance music events. Little surprise then, that this year they're bringing their winning formula to the capital of European dance music, Ibiza. Next Sunday the Mancunian brand will be teaming up with one of the island's most established parties, We Love, to bring you a jam-packed line up headed up by Nicolas Jaar in what will be his one and only Ibiza appearance of 2014. Joining him will be a roster of talent including Joy Orbison, George Fitzgerald, Kerri Chandler, and Eats Everything playing a marathon four hour set alongside Richy Ahmed.
