Talk us through the track selection of the mix.
"All the tracks that I've played are amongst my favourites at the moment. Relentless hours of sifting through promos, live sets and releases from various producers that Im into. I'm a big fan of Sabb at the moment."
Where and how was the mix recorded?
"This was actually a live set I recorded when I played at a club opening in London called Chakana. Nic Fanciulli popped by which was nice."
What are the musical influences that have allowed you to arrive at this mix?
"My musical influences come from various artists/places/producers. I've met a lot of inspiring people in this business who have greatly influenced my sound. If there's any DJs that I like playing in town I'll go and check out what they're playing. It's a great way to get a glimpse of any upcoming releases."
The Plug
What is keeping you busy at the moment?
"I'm currently working on some of my own tracks at the moment so I'm spending a lot of time in the studio. I'm also a singer/songwriter and I'm collaborating with some great producers at the moment. Will look forward to sharing my releases in 2014."
When can we expect to find out more about you as an artist?
"2014! Im hoping to have something out in the next month."
Finally, you have a weekend off. What do you do? Where do you go?
"I like to retreat to anywhere that's peaceful and quiet with a few hours of meditation and yoga. Creatively, it's essential for me. The studio is always a nice haven for laying down ideas at moments of inspiration."
