10.30 begins the picking & shelling of the pine nuts. At 11am : workshop - how to make "panellets" (sweet dough balls, studded with pine nuts & almonds, then baked in the oven). At 12 noon
the demonstration of local crafts begins & continue throughout the day. At 12.30pm : traditional games before the communal meal at 2pm.Ibiza Rocks Bar
