More of the best Instagram hot spots on Ibiza

Check out nine more dreamy spots for your next visit to the White Isle.

Following on from our original piece on top Instagram spots, we're bringing you another selection of picturesque places to remind you of your last Ibiza holiday or to inspire you for the next one.

Here are nine scenic spots to help you fill your feed with enchanting island spots the next time you are on the White Isle. Ibiza has plenty more as you might imagine.

With a mix of fantastic views and mystical wonders of nature, these will give your followers a genuine visual treat.

View from Mirador Ibiza

How this hot spot has not been taken over by cafes or bars with a view remains a mystery. Walk up the 220 steps of this stairway to reach one of the most breathtaking views of the island, stretching from Jesus to Las Salinas, including Ibiza Town, Playa d'en Bossa and Formentera. Wow.

Na Coloms - the Cave of Light

No picture can do full justice to this captivating cave. Get there at the right time and the sun shines inside it, giving it its nickname as the Cave Of Light. In the north part of the island, this breathtaking spot cannot be found on your own. It requires a significant trek with a qualified guide, physical fitness and adequate equipment as it involves a 45-minute hike down and then back up a steep and often slippery slope, but it is well worth the trip. The group Walking Ibiza leads organised walks there.

Es Vedrá tower

A pirate tower overlooking Es Vedrá with a sunset view sometimes stretching out to the mainland - need we say more? That's as breathtaking as it gets. This walk is quite easy and does not require a guide. Just wear comfortable shoes and take what you need as you will want to stay to enjoy the stunning view of Ibiza's mystical rock.

Fatima's Door

Close to "Ibiza-henge," featured in our last Instagram piece, find Fatima's door. Stand on the other side of the mosaic floor for the ultimate snap of Es Vedrá perfectly aligned within the door's frame. Some say this door has magical properties if you touch it, so go on and make a wish before you upload your next picture.

Punta Galera

Admire it from a distance or be cautious as you walk down a small but slippery slope. Punta Galera is located immediately north of San Antonio right before Cala Salada. This magnificent spot resembles a giant yacht and a cathedral, with its natural decks and high structure, carved out by nature's erosive forces. An altar to nature, it sometimes has hippies dancing around. Late spring, early autumn and sunsets are particularly stunning.

Streets of Dalt Vila

Beautiful from afar, the ancient part of Dalt Vila is just as spectacular from within. This UNESCO World Heritage site has a long history and several museums. Lose yourself in the tiny cobblestone streets of the top part of the old town to find some of the most picture-perfect spots.

Las Puertas del Cielo

For many, this spot is more mystical even than Es Vedrá. Rivalling its more famous counterpart, Las Puertas del Cielo ("Heaven's Gate") is found a little way past Santa Inés. Appropriately named, it boasts a view that seems to extend into infinity with its own rock formation Ses Margalides, a natural gate-like arch which is also beautiful when seen from a boat.

Las Salinas

The salt flats on the way to Salinas beach, Las Salinas are impressive any time of day and even night. Between the two, though, they acquire an even more enchanting beauty, reflecting the shades and hues of the sky. You can drive through them on the way to Experimental Beach Club or Es Cavallet, but a stroll is always preferable to admire the view and find your perfect snap.

cap Bernat (aka 'the finger of God') at Cala BenirrÁs

One of the most bewitching beaches on the island, Cala Benirrás has it all. Besides being a lovely beach, it has a sunset view with a drumming ritual on Sundays, iconic beach club Elements in summer and, of course, Cap Bernat. Known locally as "the finger of God" due to its interesting shape, this ultimate Instagram hot spot is easily reachable by bus and by Aquabus boat too.

That's it but only for now as Ibiza has plenty more to offer. Share your images with us to get featured or make suggestions for what else should be included.
