Located in the bay of Sant Antonio, next to Monkey Ibiza, Bambino Ibiza is an Italian restaurant and pool club created by Grupo Monkey Ibiza. Conceived as an extension of the brand’s universe, the space combines gastronomy, design and atmosphere within a relaxed Mediterranean setting shaped around long lunches, sunset aperitifs and evenings beside the water.
Open daily from midday until late, Bambino Ibiza draws inspiration from the world-famous Italian concept of dolce vita, bringing together Italian cuisine, cocktails and music in a space designed to flow naturally throughout the day. At its centre sits the pool, which acts as the focal point of the restaurant and terrace, creating an open, social atmosphere overlooking the bay and Sant Antonio’s famed sunset coastline.
The culinary offering focuses on Italian dishes prepared using products sourced directly from Italy. The menu moves between lighter plates, pasta dishes and seafood options, alongside house specialities such as linguine with lemon cream, and tuna tartare. Cocktails also form a central part of the concept, with the dedicated spritzeria serving signature drinks including the Bambino Spritz made with raspberry liqueur, Sicilian lemon and Val d’Oca Prosecco.
